BXZ Share-A-Thon Format
Meetings are 45 minutes long
Speakers have 15 minutes to share on one of the 12 Steps
The floor opens for general sharing after speaker
15 minutes of fellowship between each meeting
Service Opportunities
Service Requirements
There is no continuous sobriety/clean time to do service at the Bronx Zoomers' Group Share-A-Thons. Group Conscious asks that Trusted Servants be a member of Crystal Meth Anonymous as defined by the Third Tradition.
Chair - Runs the meeting (12 positions available)
The Share-A-Thon Meeting Chair will run the meeting as scripted;
Arrive 15 minutes before their meeting start time & stay until the next Meeting Chair arrives;
Spiritual Timekeeper for the Speaker & individual shares;
Keep the Zoom room open and safe;
Tech - Spiritual Bouncer (12 positions available)
Arrives 15 minutes before your time slot and stay till the end of the hour;
Monitor the Zoom waiting room for bombers.
Admit and/or remove participants;
Copy and paste scripted messages for the Zoom chat window;
Keep the Zoom room open and safe;
Zoom Tech's MUST HAVE PC/MAC;
Speaker - Speaks on one of the 12 Steps. All speakers are suggested to be clean and sober for one year and working knowledge of the 12 Steps.
All members of CMA worldwide are encouraged to sign up for service. Training will be provided.
